Snowmine – Let Me In

Here’s a wonderful band I first posted about back in May when they a had just released their debut album Laminate Pet Animal. I love it as much now as I did then and “Let Me In” has become one of my favorite songs of 2011. This Brooklyn five-piece has created an incredibly well-crafted album and honestly, not one song disappoints. Front man Grayson Sanders is a new-classical composer whose ghostly falsetto vocals tell an amazing story throughout the album with the help of the bands use of rich echo pedals, great guitar riffs, fab percussion and ‘electro-acoustic soundscapes.’ This is one of those tunes that just makes you feel great when you listen to it.

Download it at their Bandcamp page. And throw them some money, would you?

Sigh. I adore you, Snowmine.
